I work with clients who may be struggling with Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction related to life stressors or trauma. During our initial session, we will complete a comprehensive evaluation and collaborative goal setting. We will then work on increasing skill development, support systems, and lifestyle modifications to help you reach your full potential!

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, because it has the most evidence for success. We will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge negative thoughts to achieve a balanced perspective.
