Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or struggles with addiction? You’re not alone. As a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in mental health, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help you regain balance and build resilience. With a background in both public service & academia, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. In addition to my practice, I serve as a government clinician focused on recovery, advocacy, & threat assessment. I also have the privilege of teaching medical students and psychiatry residents, helping shape the next generation of mental health professionals.
My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies. Together, we will work toward meaningful change, whether that means managing stress, improving relationships, or overcoming addictive patterns.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to start your journey toward healing, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to create a path forward.
